Risk warning

Kinexis is a technical-analysis and decision-support tool, for information purposes only. It is in no way investment advice, a personalised buy or sell recommendation, a solicitation, or an inducement to carry out any transaction in financial assets or crypto-assets.

The publisher is not a registered financial investment adviser (CIF) nor a digital asset service provider (PSAN) with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). No advisory relationship is established with users.

Crypto-assets are high-risk investments, mostly unregulated: high volatility, possible illiquidity and a risk of losing the entire capital invested. Leveraged contracts (perpetuals) amplify that risk and can lead to losses greater than the initial deposit. Past performance is no guide to future performance.

Scores, signals, filters and indicators are produced automatically from market data. They are provided “as is”, with no warranty whatsoever of accuracy, completeness or availability, and may contain errors, delays or interruptions.

Every decision is yours alone. Do your own research and, if in doubt, consult a licensed professional. The publisher accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from use of this site.

Browsing the site requires no personal data. There is no mandatory account, no advertising tracker and no analytics tool. The only personal data that may be stored is the email address you choose to leave, voluntarily, to follow updates.

Mailing list

A sign-up form is offered on the site. It is entirely optional: the screener works exactly the same without it.

Data collected: your email address, and nothing else. No name, no first name, no stored IP address.
Purpose: to send you Kinexis updates — new articles, changes to the tool. No advertising, no marketing on behalf of third parties.
Legal basis: your consent, collected through an unticked checkbox. The date and the exact wording accepted are stored as proof of that consent.
Recipients: the site publisher alone. Your address is never sold, rented or passed on to anyone.
Hosting: on the site server, in France (OVH, Strasbourg). No transfer outside the European Union.
Retention: until you unsubscribe, or at the latest three years after the last contact.

Under articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise it — or simply to be removed from the list — write to the contact address given above: removal is carried out with no condition and no justification required. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

What is stored on your device

The site stores, in your browser local storage (localStorage), only:

your display preference (light or dark theme);
your saved filter presets.

This information stays on your device, is never sent to anyone, and you can erase it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. Because this storage is strictly functional and local, no cookie consent banner is required.

Member account

Creating an account is optional: the screener works exactly the same without one. An account only serves to carry your settings from one device to another.

Data stored: your email address, a cryptographic hash of your password (never the password itself), plus your filter presets and your notebook.
Purpose: to let you find those settings again on your different devices.
Legal basis: performance of the service you request by creating the account.
Recipients: no one. This data is never sold, passed on or analysed.
Hosting: on the site server, in France (OVH, Strasbourg). No transfer outside the European Union.
Retention: until you delete your account, which you can do yourself at any time from the “My account” page. Deletion is immediate and erases all of this data.

A cookie strictly necessary for the account to work (kinexis_session) is set only after sign-in, to keep you identified. It serves no advertising tracking and disappears on sign-out: as such, it requires no consent banner.

Connections to third-party services

Crypto-asset logos are loaded from CoinGecko servers (coin-images.coingecko.com). As with any image displayed online, that request passes your IP address to CoinGecko. No other data is shared. See the CoinGecko privacy policy.

Offline, these logos do not load and are replaced by a plain badge: no data then leaves the device.

Data sources and ownership

Market data (candles, prices, volumes) comes from the public Bybit API. Names, market-cap ranks and logos come from the public CoinGecko API. This data is provided for information and may differ slightly from one source to another.

The names, trademarks and logos of the crypto-assets and platforms mentioned (Bybit, CoinGecko, TradingView…) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Kinexis is an independent personal project, unaffiliated with these companies.
